A small guide to your everyday shortcuts.
Set it up once. Then write, keep it in sight, and let go in your own way.
The product uses ordinary moments when you already look at an Apple device. It does not turn the thought into a deadline, checklist, streak, or forced reminder sound.
Current Card
The card has one simple path.
-
Write one thing
Keep exactly one current card instead of opening another list to maintain.
-
Choose where it stays visible
Use supported Widgets, or start the optional Keep in sight Live Activity when you want more presence.
-
Notice it naturally
Meet the same card again while using your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or a supported Live Activity surface.
-
Let it go
Remove it from Now and visible surfaces without deciding that the underlying thought is complete.
What makes it different
One card is the boundary
Current Card does not grow into projects, priorities, due dates, or a queue of things asking for attention.
Visibility replaces noise
The card stays on surfaces you choose. Current Card does not rely on an alarm or forced reminder sound to bring it back.
Local is the default
There is no Current Card account. The app has no advertising, in-app analytics, or tracking, and optional Pro iCloud sync starts only when you turn it on.
Questions before you try it
Is Current Card a to-do list?
No. It keeps one current card and does not ask for projects, priorities, due dates, or completion. Let go means the card no longer needs to stay in sight; it does not judge whether the thought is finished.
Does it use alarms or reminder sounds?
Current Card is designed not to rely on alarms or forced reminder sounds. Supported Widgets remain visible, and Keep in sight starts a temporary Live Activity only when you choose it. Exact behavior follows your device and system settings.
Where can the card appear?
The card appears in the iPhone and iPad app and supported Home Screen, Lock Screen, and StandBy Widgets. An optional Live Activity can also appear on supported Dynamic Island, Apple Watch, iPad, and Mac surfaces. The Apple Watch companion is part of Pro.
What happens when I choose Let go?
The card leaves Now, supported Widgets, and the active Live Activity. If Card Trail is on, it moves into the local trail. Let go is different from deleting a card or marking a task complete.
Where is my card data stored?
It is stored on your device by default. Current Card has no account, advertising, in-app analytics, tracking, or operator-run card server. With Pro, you can separately choose private iCloud sync; the maker cannot read that private database.
What is free, and what does Pro add?
The core one-card experience and the 3 most recent Card Trail entries remain free. The optional one-time Pro purchase adds the complete trail and Random Draw, recoverable Trash, Apple Watch companion, private iCloud sync, and additional appearance options.
Current Card
Keep one thing in sight.
The core card remains free. App Store availability and price follow your storefront.
